Each video course will consist of six video lessons lasting 50-160 minutes and include:
- Themed teachings
- Questions for reflection
- An accompanying meditation practice
- Meditation practices for you to do at home
- Practices for everyday life
This course requires practice in daily life.
To support participants, there are groups on WhatsApp/Telegram, where you can ask questions and share experience. You can also participate in online meditation classes.
